These Shipping Terms and Conditions ("Shipping Terms") apply to all orders placed through our website at jsmartglass.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read these Shipping Terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing and Handling Time

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). All orders will be processed within 1-7 business days of receipt of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a flat rate shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the general weight of your order.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 states in the US with flat rate shipping. Please contact us for international shipping options. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before completing the order. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

Customers are responsible for knowing and following their local laws concerning the shipment of tobacco and glass products. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by noncompliance.

4. Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors such as weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (if available). You can track the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

7. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your order is missing, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact me at J Smart Glass Contact Form as soon as possible. I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In case of damage, please retain the original packaging and take photos of the damaged items as we may require this information to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Liability Disclaimer:
J Smart Glass is only responsible for packages that are lost while in transit and before confirmed delivery. Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Any issues regarding misdelivery, theft, or loss after delivery must be resolved directly by the customer with the carrier or relevant local authorities. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Shipping Insurance Notice:
Please be advised that standard shipping does not include insurance. If you wish to insure your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit, you must contact me prior to completing your purchase to request the addition of shipping insurance. We are not liable for any uninsured packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. By proceeding with your order without requesting insurance, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any risks associated with uninsured shipments.

8. Order Modifications and Address Changes

Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order to avoid errors. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at

9. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted, except in cases of damage that occurred during shipping. You are responsible for inspecting your item carefully within 48 hours of delivery. If shipping-related damage is found, please contact us within that timeframe. Returns or exchanges due to shipping damage may be subject to additional return shipping costs.

10. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at J Smart Glass Contact Form. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
